Making returns hassle-free because your satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility & Potential Fees:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving all items in the same order.
  • Your return package must be mailed within 14 days from the date we sent you the return instructions.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
  • Hygiene stickers must be intact.
  • Washed or altered items do not qualify for a refund.
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable except for quality issues or order problems.
  • Return shipping is not covered unless it's a quality issue or problem with the order.

How to Start a Return:

Initiate a return by sending a request email to with the reason. We'll respond within 24 hours with detailed return instructions.

Note: Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Ship the Item(s) Back:

Contact us for a return request, and we'll send detailed instructions within 24 hours. Pack items in original packaging, include a slip with the order number, and use a shipping method with a tracking number. Inform us of the tracking number, and we'll follow up upon receiving the package.

Where is My Refund?

After processing your return request and receiving items at our facilities, expect up to 7 days for the refund to your original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  1. Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies.
  2. Items with broken hygiene seal.
  3. Final Sale items.
  4. Made-to-order items. Custom-made items.
  5. Other items like beauty products, pet supplies, and non-returnable marks. Free gifts cannot be returned.

  • Do not send return packages to the sender's address on your package; use the provided shipping label.

  • No refund for holiday-related items due to late arrival.
  • Order cancellation requests must be made before shipment.
  • Sizes are based on US size, and variations due to production locations aren't grounds for free return or refund.
